The Robin Ridge Home Owners Association (HOA) is made up of volunteers currently residing in Robin Ridge. The board members all serve a 2-year term. If you have an interest in serving on a committee or becoming a board member, contact us any time. Our community cannot function without a running HOA and committees.
The HOA is in place to help Robin Ridge be an involved community. Because of the annual dues, the HOA can offer a beautiful playground, swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball court and soccer field/play area. To read more about the clubhouse and swimming pool, click here.
We also offer many social events each year, including a neighborhood garage sale, pool opening ice cream social, neighborhood potluck, kids fishing derby, etc. Please stay tuned to the events calendar as we update events and add new events each year, based on our annual budget.

Dues
Robin Ridge HOA dues for the 2024 year are $375.00, due on May 1st, 2024. Will be considered late after July 1, 2024.

Alternatively, checks can be placed in the secure (locked) mailbox located in front of the clubhouse.
Title company prorated dues are $27.50 per month during the 2022 year.
Dues late fees are set at 18% per annum per CCR 2.6(h), see below. If you have missed the May 1st due date, please contact the HOA immediately.
CCR 2.6 (h) -such Owner shall be obligated to pay interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%), or such higher rate (provided the same shall not be usurious) as the Board of Directors may from time to time determine, per annum on the amount of the dues or assessment from the due date thereof, together with all expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred to collect such dues or assessments together with late charges as provided by the Bylaws of the Association.
