The Robin Ridge HOA Board of Directors are volunteers from the community that have a shared passion for the community and work on behalf of the homeowners to ensure that Robin Ridge remains a desirable neighborhood for current and future residents. Board members are elected or appointed for two-year terms. If you are interested in serving on the board or a committee, please communicate your interest by contacting a current board member.

Newsletter Committee
The Newsletter Committee, consisting of at least (2) persons, shall have the responsibility of providing residents with up-to-date information on new residents, association functions, the progress of the development, committee vacancies, rules and regulations changes, and other appropriate information.

Pool Operations Committee
The Pool Operations Committee shall have the responsibility of checking the pool chemicals while the pool is in use, signing the check slip and calling the Pool Maintenance Company if the chemicals are off or if the pool is in need of an additional cleaning. Checking chemicals consists of a water check for PH and Chlorine with the test kit in the pool equipment room. City Health codes state that while a pool is in use it must be checked 4 times a day for chemical balance. Once checked, initial the schedule on the wall.

Social Committee
The Social Committee, consisting of at least two (2) persons, shall have the responsibility of planning programs to make the best possible use of the facilities and amenities of the Association by means of developing an ongoing program of interaction and involvement.
Program Ideas: Fishing Derby, 4th of July Picnic, Ice Cream Socials, Family Fun Night, Neighborhood Garage Sale.

Website/Social Media/News Committee
The Website/Social Media Committee shall have the responsibility of updating and modifying Robinridgehoa.org, the community website along with posting to the Robin Ridge Facebook Page.

Welcome Committee
The welcoming committee, consisting of at least three (3) persons shall have the responsibility of assisting new residents in settling into their new homes and becoming a part of the Association by means of, among other things, a homeowner brochure, a shopping guide, information on local facilities, and a school district guide.

Contracts Committee
The Contracts Committee shall have primary responsibility for the day-to-day performance and planning of all Contractors hired by the HOA. The Contracts Committee shall also be responsible for estimating future needs of any items needed for replacement and repair of the Common Areas and Association property and presenting that plan to the Board of Directors.

Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee, consisting of at least five (5) persons, shall be chaired by a Board member and shall be responsible for the approval or denial of any requests for changes, additions or alterations to any structure on a Lot.

Vacancies in any committee shall be filled by the President until the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
