Clubhouse Information
The Robin Ridge Clubhouse, located at 2325 NW 151st Street, Edmond, OK 73013, may be rented for private events. Robin Ridge HOA functions will take precedence over all other events. Rentals are for private events only, and will be made to Robin Ridge Homeowners who are in good standing, with respect to dues, fines, assessments and applicable covenants. The clubhouse rental fee is $50 for a Robin Ridge resident. Rentals can be made for 6 hour blocks from 9am - 9pm on Saturdays and Sundays. WEEKDAYS IT CAN BE RENTED FROM 5PM - 9PM ONLY. If you request more than 6 hours, you will need to add $10 per additional hour to the rental fee check.The pool cannot be rented for private parties and will remain open during all clubhouse rental periods to all Robin Ridge residents. In addition, a refundable $150 deposit is required for all rentals. The rental fee and deposit must be in the form of two different checks written to Robin Ridge HOA. Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to rental or will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.
RENTALS MUST BE TURNED IN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESERVE. PLEASE READ ENTIRE RENTAL AGREEMENT BEFORE TURNING IN. MAILBOX IS CHECKED EVERY SATURDAY ONLY, SO PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN TURNING YOUR RENTAL FORM IN!
ALL RENTALS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE BOARD. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL OR PHONE IF YOUR RENTAL IS APPROVED. Do not send out invitations or make any other plans for your party until you have been contacted by the HOA with approval of your rental. WEEKDAYS RENTALS ARE FROM 5PM - 9PM ONLY. WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE DAYTIME RENTALS DURING THE WEEK.
Clubhouse Rental AgreementComplete the clubhouse rental form and make 2 checks out to Robin Ridge HOA, one in the amount of $150 (which is the cleaning deposit that will be shredded after the rental providing the clubhouse is in the same condition as when you arrived) and one in the amount of $50 for the rental fee. Put the checks and the rental form in an envelope and place it in the mailbox at the front of the clubhouse A MINIMUM OF 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR RENTAL DATE. MAILBOX IS CHECKED ONLY ON SATURDAYS, SO PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN YOU TURN YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT IN.

Robin Ridge's private swimming pool provides residents and their guests the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful summer day!
IMPORTANT POOL RULES:
• YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 14 YEARS OF AGE TO BE IN THE POOL WITHOUT AN ADULT!!!
• You MUST be at least 16 years of age to bring a guest with you to the pool.
• NO glass containers allowed
• NO smoking (water/fence area)
• NO pets
• NO running, rough play or horseplay
• NO diving
• NO BBQ's allowed on premises
• NO swearing or foul language
• NO large floating toys
• NO climbing on the fence or pool house roof
• NO pool furniture in the pool
• NO vandalism/graffiti
• Proper swimming attire only: No cut-offs allowed
• Guest MUST be accompanied by a resident at ALL TIMES
• Any person having an infectious or communicable disease may NOT enter the water
• For the health and safety of other swimmers, babies and toddlers MAY NOT enter the water without swim diapers.
If these rules are not followed, your rights to the pool area can and will be revoked!
